Kiss My Keto claims their bars have only 3-4 grams of net carbs, which is true if you don’t count the erythritol (a sugar alcohol). The label shows a gram of added sugar, but that’s of little consequence as long as you minimize other sugar sources. Our verdict: Kiss My Keto Bars are keto-friendly.
